广西-三江美食!!!
到广西品尝过美食的外地人,常常会发出由衷的称赞:广西菜的民族风味比任何一个地方都浓厚。 广西境内12个少数民族创造了丰富多彩的民族文化和美食文化。各民族的风俗习惯不同,土特产不同,饮食习惯也不同。
这次在三江的富禄乡这个少数民族聚居区,尝到了侗族的糯米饭、酸鱼、酸肉和水酒,既饱口福,又领略了无尽的民族风情。
之所以广西人喜欢吃酸的,其实有许多生理道理的。广西处亚热带,北回归线穿过。气候湿热,特别是夏天的时候天气炎热,人体一般反应是厌食。如果喝太多水更容易厌食,流汗太多,不喝水又不行,能量消耗非常大,所以迫使人进食,这时候酸食能够增加胃酸,助人开胃,所以你到广西各地,随处可见酸味,罗卜呀,芒果呀,长豆呀,还有大刀豆,酸辣椒,生姜,蒜头……都是淹制酸品中的上等佳口。
